Here at SkillGym, we are focused on letting people practice on managing critical conversations with Digital Role Plays. Conversations are critical when stakes are high: Emotions and divergent opinions meld together creating a feeling of discomfort that normally drives people to avoid them.

As human beings, we interact, grow and evolve through conversations. Digital Transformation, one of the most disruptive changes happening in our times, follows the same path.

We welcome you to join a group of peers involved at different levels of the Digital Transformation phenomenon in order to share your point of view and review some conversation scenarios that we have designed to support a successful Digital Transformation process.

The Survey is divided into two parts: The first is focusing on general concepts around Digital Transformation, while the second section provides you with three scenarios revolving around DT matters to be evaluated and allowing you to suggest one scenario from your direct experience. We will then share scenarios and comments among the participants to have an enriching cross-peer review.

The entire survey takes about 30 mins to be completed and is anonymous.

We ask you to provide an email address so that we can share the results of the peer review with you.
