Chiasso (TI, Switzerland) – During the last three months, SkillGym, a Swiss HR tech solution, has taken part in the Kickstart Innovation Program in Zurich (https://kickstart-innovation.com/). Delivered mainly remotely due to the pandemic, the program has allowed SkillGym to meet with executives of leading Swiss corporations and organizations (such as Migros, Swisscom, Coop, Die Mobiliar, AXA, Post Finance, Credit Suisse, and Nespresso), aiming to initiate innovation partnerships and pilot projects.

Within this program, SkillGym (https://www.skillgym.com) and Migros (https://www.migros.ch) have defined a common field for a POC Project to support the Klubschule Migros (https://www.klubschule.ch).

As part of the Migros Group, the Klubschule has offered a great variety of courses (more than 600) for the past 70 years and is the largest adult education institution in Switzerland. The school supports approximately 400,000 course participants each year through 50 locations throughout Switzerland, from Aarau to Zurich.

These two unique Swiss excellences will integrate the innovative Digital Role Play methodology developed by SkillGym into the Klubschule’s offering on leadership development with the aim of enriching the learning experience using the learning-by-doing approach.
