For Lifelike’s customers, the use of the Website pages dedicated to them and the use of the SkillGym service data and information is also governed by the General conditions of the contract for the provision of the SkillGym service.

Information is provided on the SkillGym service on the Website, which is the authorised sales channel for the promotion of and subscription to the SkillGym service online.
Lifelike intends to provide uninterrupted availability of the Website in safe conditions, with a reasonable (from a professional point of view) level of expertise and accuracy but reserves full discretion and decision-making powers regarding the actual availability of the Website. For this reason, Lifelike cannot provide guarantees on this subject.
The availability of and access to the Website and related services may also be suspended, limited or blocked at the sole discretion of Lifelike, or for the purposes of allowing remedial or maintenance actions and/or the introduction of new services and/or functionalities.
