These general conditions (the "General Conditions") govern the use of the website www.skillgym.com (the "Website"), owned and operated by Lifelike SA, with registered office at Corso San Gottardo 84, 6830 Chiasso, Switzerland ("Lifelike"). By accessing and browsing the Website, the user accepts these General Conditions. The Skillgym platform used by client organizations and their learners is not governed by these General Conditions but by the agreement between Lifelike and the client organization.

The Website presents the Skillgym method, platform and services. Its content is informative and does not constitute a contractual offer. Figures, case studies and research results published on the Website refer to the sources indicated; Lifelike keeps them up to date with reasonable care.

Lifelike takes reasonable professional care to keep the Website available and accurate, but gives no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Access to the Website may be suspended, limited or blocked at Lifelike's discretion, including for maintenance or the introduction of new content or functionalities. Lifelike may discontinue the Website at any time without prior notice.

The information and content published on the Website, including texts, images, videos, logos and the "Skillgym" and "Practice Fastlane" names, are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Lifelike or licensed to it. Access to the Website does not grant any right to use this content beyond reading it and sharing links to it. Any reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use of the content, in whole or in part, requires Lifelike's prior written consent, except as permitted in section 5.

Users may browse the Website for personal or informational purposes, print or save pages for personal use, quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source, and link to any page of the Website, provided the link does not misrepresent Lifelike or present the content as the user's own.

It is prohibited to: use the Website or its content for commercial purposes without Lifelike's written consent; copy, scrape or crawl the Website for the purpose of reproducing, reselling or analysing its content for competing purposes (indexing by search engines and reasonable access by legitimate research or accessibility tools is permitted); interfere with the security or performance of the Website, including by uploading malicious code; or use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that damages the reputation of Lifelike or of third parties.

These General Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Lugano, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's place of residence.
